Most ancient cultures have stories of deers, stags and other antlered animals, and the Vikings were no exception to this! The most notable is Eikthyrnir.

Eikthyrnir is a male deer (stag) that stands on the roof of Valhalla, and eats from the leaves of the great oak tree Laerrad. From his antlers drips water, which is where all the rivers in the world come from.

Crafted of lead free pewter, this pendant measures about 1.75 inches tall and 1 inch wide, and is nice and solid feeling.

It is mounted on a 25 inch long, hypo-allergenic "antiqued" iron chain.
