This cute mushroom necklace was carved from a piece of cow's horn, and is both pretty, lightweight and stylish. About 1.5 inches tall by 1 inch wide, and mounted on a 25 inch hypo allergenic iron chain. Ragnar carves these, and other horn things, with a scrimshaw technique - the horn is cut into, fairly shallowly, and then filled in with paint to show the carving. Ancient techniques, modern tools!
